RWIZI-NET GOVERNANCE

General assembly

Rwizi-network’s supreme governing board is the general assembly comprised of all member organizations subscribing to the network.

​

Board of director

The Network has a board of director (BOD) elected by the general assembly at a general assembly meeting that sit every year.

​

Rwizi-Network Secretariat

Rwizi-Net has a Secretariat mandated by the board as a central coordinating office, and to conduct the day to- day business of the network. The secretariat is run by;

Executive Director Responsible for directing and managing the Network/ organization’s day to day business

​

Programs officer

The programs officer oversees program development, seek grants and proposals, manages projects and oversees budgets. PO makes sure that the organizations activities and programs align with the goals and mission statement of the organisation

Finance and administration   

Responsible for financial management

​

Communications and advocacy officer

Responsible for publicity and marketing, lobbying, Responsible for building alliances, partnerships and relationships Programs

​

Research & development

Responsible for research into priority areas and development of new programs

​

Capacity building

Responsible for training and development of member CSOs and local leaders

​

District coordinators

Responsible for the District level program coordination
