To create an all inclusive and sustainable platform that ensures civil society in western Uganda plays an active role in setting priorities and making the needs of the most vulnerable people in society known, promote and protect human rights, enhance good governance, freedom from poverty, deprivation, fear and violence, sustain the environment and women’s advancement
